What did they need?

The site was fully designed and in production as static files, but needed to be converted to a Content Management System to allow the client to edit content and refresh inventory.

What did I do?

I worked from the existing prototypes and in collaboration with store employees to migrate the content and designs into a new Drupal installation with a customized adaptive theme.

I planned and created content types to contain the data fields for products, events, and additional posts, and produced templates to control their display. I rebuilt page elements within the CMS structure and created user interfaces to filter and search for boats.

I built out a new import tool to allow all product inventory on the site to be refreshed from an external data source - wiping out all existing records and replacing them in seconds.
